Significance of Dented Spoke?

So I was out riding today and realized what seems to be a dented spoke on my street uni:

My question is whether or not something of this caliber will greatly affect the integrity of my wheel. Should I replace it right away? Is it something easily done without having to do the rest of the wheel? Thanks guys.

I personally would not worry about it. I have a few dented spokes, but they are all tight. I have been riding for a year now, and my wheel is still going strong.

i have some dented spokes too, but i haven;t even tightened mine. I’m probably not the best to go by as i’m only about 100 lbs, on a 48 spoke qu-ax wheel:p (soon to be a 36 spoke nimbus isis though)

Has denting the spoke pulled the wheel out of true? I kinked some of mine doing poor quality pedal grabsand it was sufficient to curve the wheel slightly, so i repalced the two concerned. Othewise I wouldn’t bother.

It’s easy to replace just one spoke without redoing the whole wheel.

But yeah, probably not a big deal.
