Sighting in NYC restaurant

There’s a restaurant at 63rd & Park (Park Ave Cafe?) that
has a sculpture circa 1900 of a man in a top hat riding
a unicycle. If I can remember to take my camera there
sometime, I’ll post a picture.

(The food is good, although a bit expensive, so go there
on business!)

If I can remember, I’ll take one on Sunday when I’m there for the Unatics meeting. Is the sculpture inside the building? Is it a high-class restaurant? Would they let me in riding clothes and my uni (naked, of course) inside?

Looks to me like the sculpture might be just to the right of center towards the top in the picture here:

…i dont see a sculpture in that picture.

I’m not saying it’s easy to see or even definitively what I think it is, but here’s the detail.

Oh, crap…

Good sleuthing, Raphael, but it still looks like a oblongish brownish blob to me.

I must confess that although on my monitor at work I can pretty clearly make out a top hat, arms and a torso, here on my monitor at home it looks a lot like, well, an oblongish brownish blob.

Oh well,

Re: Sighting in NYC restaurant

The sculpture is visible through the window as you walk by the
restaurant on the sidewalk outside.
