I’m having a hard time learning this. I can get it out and ride for a while, but my legs get tired quick, and I seem very unstable. Is there andthing that would help (other than practice)? Jumping on/off pallets?
Hopping with the seat in front might help a bit for learning. But the KEY is to keep it close to your legs. The closer, the easier.
Tence up your arm thats holding the seat, that will allow you to do less of the work with your legs. Hold the seat in contact with your legs. Hold the seat behind the seat post. When hopping, Pull up on the seat very hard, and push down with your feet very hard, this will lock your feet into the pedals, and also give you a much more rigid stance on the uni, This helps for hopping onto thin objects.
