should I go to madagascar, that is the question.

Well, as far as I can tell, it’s gonna not be too great. but one of my freinds really wants to go, so I dunno.

That and I’m broke.

(If nobody replies to this, you probably have good taste. That means I expect replies :stuck_out_tongue: )

by madagascar, I mean the movie, though.

Actual madagascar, I would jump at the chance.

It looks a tad funny, but I never laugh at those kinda movies. Except shrek 2, that 'un wAS FUNNY>

oops. Capslock.

hehe, the first couple sentences of your post make it look like you want to move to the island Madagascar. hahaha.

anyway…I think the movie looks STUPID. looks like they’re trying to copy Finding Nemo and The Incredibles and Shrek and all those other amazingly successful Pixar films, so they can make a bajillion dollars. I’m not going, because I think it looks dumb.
there’s my opinion (:

yeah, I was more or less thinking it looked stupid. It might be funny, but it looks kinda juvenile.

If you noticed that it was in capslock, because you wrote oops. Capslock. How come you couldn’t have just deleted what was in Capslock and retyped it?

because then, when he wrote ‘oops. Capslock.’ everyone would be wondering what he was talking about, since there wasn’t any mistakes. you have to leave your mistakes there if you’re going to acknoledge them!! I mean, acknowledge.

Plus, it adds character.

Yeah but if he noticed it was in capslock and corrected his mistake, he would have not wrote oops. capslock, after that. So therefore the message would be free of errors, and people would understand it.

Your Truly,
Someone

but like Leif said, it adds character as well!

and so the story ends: my brother’s going, so I have to as well.

I’ll report back tomorrow.

But I was too lazy.

Nah, save some money and either DL or rent a movie. Be sure to check the Foreign and Special Interest films section, only the good foreign films get into Blockbuster/Hollywood, so you can be sure nearly everything in it kicks some ass…

I saw it today, it wasn’t bad…

Of course, Shrek wasn’t Pixar (though Finding Nemo was). It wasn’t as good as Finding Nemo, but of course, few are (Shrek 2 was).

Of course, saying they’re just trying to copy Pixar’s success is like saying that Batman Begins is playing off the success of The Jazz Singer or Birth of a Nation (Birth of a Nation was the 1st film over 100 minutes long, The Jazz Singer was the 1st film where the actors voices were heard). The medium is 3D Animation, that doesn’t mean it’s a good or bad film in and of itself anymore than a live-action film is not good or bad in and of itself.

I like the penguins.

Well, I’m back. In my opinion it was entirely devoid of content. It was about an hour and a half, and nothing happened. it seemed like about 30 minutes, really. The only good parts were the penguins and the monkeys, that was all.

No plot. Graphics a LOT worse (in my opinion, I dunno what others thought) than finding nemo and the other CG films I’ve seen, etc. etc.

They stole the eyes on the little lemur straight off of puss in boots.

The lemur rave was halfway decent, I guess.

All in all, I think it was juvenile. I would have liked it a few years back.

I toldja so…
q-;

yeah, more or less what I expected.

I suppose it’s not exactly a waste of an evening. If I wasn’t there I’d be here.

heh, yeah, and being here is DEFINITELY a waste of an evening!

nah, it’s not.

Not any more than that movie, anyway.

Now arent you pissed you didnt go rent Whale Rider or Downfall?

Is whale rider that one with the hawiian girl and the giant canoe?

That’s a good movie, I’ve rented it before.
