Shorten a .MOV file

Basically all I want to do is cut it from 30 seconds to 13 seconds.

I can do it.
I can’t edit MOV files directly but I can edit them after converting them to an AVI. Final output would be your choice of MPEG-1, DivX AVI, or WMV.
