Could figure this task out by myself, but I’ve got a lucky buyer with his name on the one in my basement. What is the most efficient way to send this behemoth?
It’s not every day one has got to ship one of these.

Figure out box size threshholds (36" is usually one) and plan accordingly, you might have to take off the tire to keep the shipping reasonable.
If shipping to Canada use USPS NOT UPS or FedEx
if you are taking the cranks off wrap them in cardboard/rags to avoid damage to the taper, this goes for any unicycle
Good advice. In addition, it’s very important to protect the box/container from the poky ends of the axle. Generally it’s safer to leave the cranks on.
My experience is old, but I know that in the past, if you needed to ship something that was outside the UPS size limits, it had to go freight. When Tommy Miller rebuilt the wheel of my 45" Big Wheel, he shipped it back to me via Greyhound. I know FedEx also does large boxes, but they might be more expensive. You might need to do some research to find the best shipping option.
