Those look similar to some TSG Diablos I just bought at Amazon.com. They provide total front protection and decent coverage of the back of the calf. They are built really well and fit very nicely. I’ve gone on ten mile rides with no chafing. They are a bit hot, but I plan on alleviating this a bit by drilling vent holes in the plastic armor plates and removing the velcro strap so the knee pad covers aren’t tied down over my knee. For $15, these are a deal that can’t be beat. I don’t understand why they are selling them so cheap. I went back online and bought a second set for downhill mountain biking.
