Allow me to gloat a little…
Last night my 9 year old daughter free mounted her uni for the first time…
twice in a row! I wish you could have seen the look on her face after she did
it. She was unsuccessful the rest of our limited time outside, but now knows she
can do it.
I remember (as a 35 year old learning to ride) free mounting being one of the
hardest, yet most rewarding things to learn. I think she’s found freedom!!
Maybe I’ll buy a Semcycle to celebrate! (heck, I may even get her one, too!)
OK, I’m done gloating now.
