I had adjusted my seat to be higher than what I’m comfortable with yesterday so I can get faster on my 29". I ride with 100mm cranks. While carrying a bulky bag today I leaned in and out too fast on a sharp Z turn and felt a pull on the back of a knee - the same leg I’d dismount with.
Next thing I know, I can’t stretch out my leg without feeling a strain at the back.
coulda pulled a tendon or something. Dont extend it
just try and keep it imobilized as much as possible, and see a doctor as soon as possible. Whats the pain feel like when you attempt to extend it? also, can you move your toes fine?
When you bend backwards and stick your tongue out to the left, can you move your pinkie toe in a figure eight? If not, what does it feel like? If you can’t, then you probably sprained your lateral condyle.
