Semcycle upgrade to Miyata seat?

I have a Semcycle XL with a Semcycle seat. I am thinking of upgrading
to a Miyata seat (should have snagged a Miyata seat while I was down
at the UNICON earlier this week… sigh, missed opportunities… ;-(
oh well what can ya’ do?! ).

Anyways, just wondering if the Miyata seat, with seat post included,
will fit on the Sem, anyone know?

That is what I currently use. I have noticed that when the seat poste clamp is tightened all of the way that the seat will still rotate under stressfull riding conditions. I think this is true with the origional seat as well. I am not sure since I bought the Miyata seat at the same time as the 24" Semcycle XL.
