I’ve got a 6’ semcycle giraffe I’d like to sell. If anyone’s interested,
send me an e-mail (unicycle.com sells this new for $450, so make me an
offer). It’s about a year old, and in excellent shape – rarely used.
I found the giraffe to be a lot of fun, but because I know so few tricks
that work well on a giraffe, I never used it very much.
Oh yeah, I’m located on the east coast of the united states (upstate NY).

How much would shipping it to the West Coast cost?

The Unicycle.com photo of this giraffe shows that it comes with two wheels, a 20" and a 24". I know they are still working on their web site and all of the links and photos are not 100% accurate yet. What does yours have? Anything special like two wheels? Is this e-bay? Can I get into a bidding war with AccordNSX? If so, $175 plus shipping. This could become a very active thread. Bring it on, Accord…I know you need those bucks for airseats and MUni’s.
It has a 20" wheel. I have not posted to e-bay yet since I figured it
might be easier to just opst a message here.
Since I did pay $450 for it, and it is in pristine condition, I will be
asking $325 (shipping included, to the continental US)
As soon as I can track down my roommate and his digital camera, I’ll post
a few photos.

Of course I didn’t mean to hurt your feelings. I was much more interested in getting Accord’s hackles up and pushing up the price.
So, I pay you $325 and you ship it to me in Seattle and I don’t have to pay for shipping?
I was just getting the pricing started, I planned on paying a lot more anyway.

Is this giraffe still for sale? You asked for an e-mail response but didn’t give an e-mail address. Do you have the photos? Are you still willing to accept $325 and pay for the shipping?
I’m still waiting on a local maybe right now. (Since that’d be easier for
me than dealing with shipping.) Most probably, that maybe is a no.
I will give it a week, then sell to someone. Probably that someone will be
harper for $325 including shipping (unless anyone would like to up the
bid, of course.)

It is exactly as issued by semcycle with very small exceptions. I removed
the padding from the seat and replaced it with an innertube. I removed the
semcycle logo from one side, and wrote “lutkucycle”. This text can very
easily be removed if you wish. And finally, it will not be coming with the
semcycle issue pedals. (The photos show a set of Primo pedals, which I
plan on keeping. I’ll include a set of no frills pedals)
So, I plan having a deal made on Friday, so if you want it, let me
know by then.
