Sem and Monty

I doubt that this is possible, but I am just trying to save myself a bit
of cash. I have a spare Semcycle XL 20" frame, and I was wondering if a
Monty wheelset would be able to fit inside the frame. Is there an
inexpensive frame which would be able to accomodate a Monty tire?

I have a Sem XL 20 too and there’s no way a Monty tire would fit in
there. It’s a pretty tight frame, I don’t think anything over about 2.0
would work.
