On Saturday I rode to Stratford and back, 90km in about 6 hours. On Sunday I rode another 70km around town and at the end of the day my cycle computer said 180km from both days. As demonstrated in the attached photo I did not wear a Safety Helmet. I wanted to do a qualifying ride but since my sponsor changed his mind I don’t really want to have to beg for more sponsors unless I’m needed in the NZ team. Since there is 3 other keen NZ riders I guess this is time for me to disqualify if the others are qualifying and can afford to go.
I’m tired today! Still could go more miles but my top speed is lacking power.
Will Sklenars have you done your qualifying ride??? I’m guessing Tony and Ken are doing theirs at Uninam…
