I found this tool built on google maps that lets you plot your route and it lets you know how far you are going. I think its helpful to those of us who do not yet have a bike computer.

My question is this: I want to mainly ride distance on my uni. are there and other exercise programs anyone here does that they have found helps their unicycling?
some kind of strength training or endurance training? anything other than running (in the army i ran probably 60 miles a week for 4 years my knees seriously protest any running i try to do anymore).
