Rolling hop down stairs, a first for mankind?

It has been done, the link is here

lol
rolling hop down stairs… hmmmmm

aww… not the response i expected…

I was not even going to look at this thread thinking some fool thought that they were the first person to hop down some stairs, then I watched the video and saw it was on a giraffe.

It could very well be one small step for man, and one giant leap for mankind (unikind?)

lol
can i borrow your giraffe please?
naw, i’m kidding, that was pretty cool(i might have seen a video of a 2 stair drop), but i want to see some stairs! … 6 at least

o yea huh, forgot to say it was no a giraffe

was done wayyyy before you
so not a first
skrobo- you will probably break a giraffe down a 6 set

way to crush my dreams…

i dont want you to have a fat head if you dont deserve it

video?

thats 1/2 the fun lol
ok, i’m joking, but a beefy giraffe?

Um I have done a 180 down a 4 set on a giraffe…So…Whos gonna be the first to grind a handrail, I was thinkin of doin it a while back, but never found the right rail

yeah
a beefy one would hold
like the one i am kinda building…
i should do that soon…

sounds cool
i want to see some hardcore giraffe stuff :astonished:

a while ago a friend and i started a project to build a giraffe
with:
profiles
trials wheelset
sick set up though
custom frame
never got around to finishing it :sunglasses:
might be a good project for christmas break though

Torker Dx- what would be the point of using profiles on a giraffe? I assume you are just talking the cranks because the fix drive hub is useless on a chain driven giraffe. Actually, i have never seen a splined giraffe setup. Would you have to use bike spec isis top bracket, and a 14mm bmx axle/hub bottom bracket? What were you planning to do?

I love that guy that says “down the stairs”, so non-chalantly a little bit after you landed. It was the same kind of voice one would maybe employ when commenting on how much fruit is left in the pantry when asked by the person who’s job it is to keep the fruit supply topped up.

chugga chugga chugga chugga!

well i liked it, nice job

the fact it is legit
it was more of a friends project than mine
just the cranks but a fixed bmx profile hub
and a fixed echo bottom hub
with an echo rim
i think…

I find it funny in the description, and on here you forget to mention the fact that it was on your giraffe. :stuck_out_tongue:

I LOVE the commentry!
