Nice footage.
Now that the weather is turning warmer I am back in the boat.
I paddle (not pedal) super tippy Olympic style K1 (not KoxxOne but Kayak one person boats). I’m hoping that I don’t start a C1/K1 war as I return to the paddling community. Those daft canoer’s think a single blade is the only way to go when us kayaker’s know that two blades are better than one.
I think that uni has helped my balance over the Winter and I am already ahead of schedule in the boat. Core and cardio are also a plus from riding the uni’s and of course having a lot of fun is so much better than an erg or running for the off season!

Yeah, I find unicycling has helped me core muscle-wise and improved my cardio training a lot.
