RIding Backwards

ive been workin on it but whenever i try to go backwards i make it about two feet, any suggestions how to ride better?

Start by idling then add a full revolution backwards then continue idling normally. Keep at that till you’re comfortable with the full revolution backwards. Then add an additional half revolution backwards so you go 1 1/2 revolutions backwards. Keep at that till you’re comfortable with the 1 1/2 revolutions backwards. Keep adding an additional 1/2 revolution backwards and you’ll eventually be able to go as far as you can within your practice area.
