I took my son out to the trail today so he could put in some saddle time and get used to his new Wellgo pedals.
I installed the pedals sometime back and he liked them but hadn’t really ridden with them much. They really helped! He had a lot fewer upd’s than I would normally observe.
He also hadn’t been freemounting since around Decemeber. At that time he did something like 70 freemounts in a couple days, but then had trouble and was (okay I’ll say it) too lazy to practice- all he wanted to do is ride. So today ‘he’ suggested he should practice his freemount and he did a good job and nailed a few of them.
