How do I rev? I can do it 3/4 but not all the way.

i can double rev. they are farely easy i find. the way i learnt was pretty much by doing lots of rolling hops over objects without lining my pedals up. when i jumped over the object i would automatically do a rev to line up my pedals for the landing.
