Since people can comment when they give you rep, here’s a chance to respond to it.

Someone gives you negative rep, and says something stupid? Give them hell here.

If someone gives you positive rep, you could always say thanks, but that would probably be boring.

My response is: I hate those smilies. It took a lot of restraint not to drop the F-bomb on him. Did that really require nine smilies for five short lines of text? They may be usefull for clarifying a sarcastic or humorus statement, that could otherwise be taken the wrong way, but that post made my eyes burn. Smilies are dumbing down america, along with all those IM based acronyms, like “LOL” or “BRB”.

Now for the “I know I am making a difference if my Rep goes down” thread, I got 4 good reps… I went from -5 rep to 86 rep in a matter of hours… all because I said the rep system sucked. WTF???

Rep is seriously insane.

And the other was just “…” negative rep

I know whoever was posted this was just being funny, I just think it’s funny that physical violence is so much more acceptable than using a supposed obscene word.
