I have seen pictures of it working. I searched and couldn’t find it but I am sure I have seen it.
I cut a piece out of some clear plastic stuff like the grind plate you can buy. Then I took the pins out of one side. Then got some bolts that fit through the holes where your allen key goes. What I plan to do is countersink the bolts in the plastic and bolt them through the allen key holes.
I have just been out today on a wet muni type ride and the small pins in the jim C’s suck for it (can get super slippy when wet) and need to be changed to the bigger pins that come with them.
Other than that they are pretty sweet and i have no complaints at all.
My grind plate is finished. It seems to work pretty good.
