Hi, i was wondering how to remove the sym crank nubs and what tools i will need. also, what can i use to remove paint, as i want to strip the black off them as well. any advise tips and tools would help

grind the ends of but NOT the welding of it. and paint stripper might work to get the color of and maybe sock them in petrol might help but dont know
Seems to me that an Angle Grinder would be the most appropriate tool. They aren’t terribly expensive, either.
You might have rust issues if you remove all the paint. Are you planning to clear-coat them?
maybe, i dont know. just thought i might as well because the paint is allready worn off where i land on the cranks for tricks
