Reminder - Unicyble Workshop 6 Apr in Ottawa Canada

A FREE unicycle workshop will be held at the Nanaimo Park Jugglers Juggling
Jam(http://carlroth.net/nanaimoparkjugglers/) Sunday 6 April from 4 - 5 pm.
The workshop will be given by Darren Bedford of Bedford Unicycles
http://www.bedfordunicycles.ca .

The juggling jam starts at 3 pm for those who wish to come early to do some
juggling.

Everyone is welcome!

Looks like the weather won’t really be co-operating for any outdoor riding, but this should be a blast none-the-less. Hopefully we can start the process of organizing some regular rides this summer.

The weather definitely isn’t being very cooperative… I thought it was
supposed to be summer! Anywho, this is my first post here in the newsgroup,
and just a question out of curiosity… how many Ottawa unicylcers are
kicking about? I just got a unicycle for Christmas, and I haven’t even been
outdoors with it yet! This weather is making things worse! Unfortunately
I’ll be working tomorrow so I’ll be missing my chance to meet some local
unicylers, however I’d definitely like to hear about any rides taking place
in the summer…

When they close Col. By Drive on Sundays in the summer for
roller-bladers and all that, I can sometimes be seen riding on it.

Hey, I went for a ride around the block in the snow yesterday - it was a blast! It’s not too hard when the snow is fresh; when it’s tracked up it’s a bit tougher. And my tire is all clean now!

Better get ready, I’m off to the workshop with a buddy, my daughter and her friend.
