looks like one of the featurettes was cut in the US version because of some music in the background copyright thingy? We get 4 trading cards instead

the trading cards are a cool bonus and they both have easter eggs.
Red Dwarf was in syndication on PBS here in Alaska a couple of years ago. It was one of our favorite shows.
Jason
thats when i first saw it too.PBS never showed the 1st series and pledge drive came on durring the final series then they just vanished altogether
im so glad its on DVD now and can watch it anytime.the DVD is packed full of extra’s.
update…best show ever.
seasons 3, 4, and now 5, and 6 have be aquired.
Is this american red dwarf or uk red dwarf? I thought the american one died a sudden & irretrievable death fairly rapidly after everyone realised it wasn’t funny. The UK one, however, is outstanding and I have all 6 DVD series. IMHO the first series is by far the best, and Cat (Danny John-Jules) is the best character.
“See this hand? It is mine. See these things? They are mine!”
Loose.
yeah its the UK version. the amrican version never made it to season one let alone 5 and 6.
“I WANT NO GRILLED BREAD PRODUCTS OF ANY KIND!!”
pause
OK, then how about a piece of toast?"
“AAAAHHHHH!!!”
“What’s the point of buying a toaster with artificial intelligence if you never want any toast?!”
i toast, therefor i am.
I hope you do realise that you could read the books instead of having to wait for the DVD’s to come out. Its a lot cheaper as well. However i agree that the t.v series was hilarious
The Cat is just the classyist creature in the fictional universe,
Mark
with about 18 hours of bonus material on the season dvd’s the wait is hardly that painful. the books are not on there but some of the radio plays are.
Fictional?
