The seat is indeed a spare. The front bumper of this seat suffered from the
inevitable screw failure on Saturday so it may be missing the front bumper.
If not feel free to use any convenient method of re-attaching it. Or,
simply leave it unattached.
I know it’s not much but I wasn’t about to give up my Miyata (even though it
is the “ugly” green one).
