I didn’t find the sort of tubing that I was originally looking
for, but I came up with something that will get me going.
I took some pictures of the results:

That looks strong but it’s clamping on fractured tubing. It will be interesting to see if the cracks propogate any farther. I hope it works for you. I also hope you take it apart after awhile to see what it looks like underneath.
