I keep hitting the in side of my knee and I was wondering. If their where a knee pad that protects the inside of my knee, or if I shoalil Lower My seat will that help?

If you are still learning, this is somewhat common and will go away as you get better because you will not be swerving and twisting like you might be doing now.

You might actually have your seat too low. To check for proper seat height, sit on the unicycle with one pedal in the down position. There should be a slight bend in your leg on that side.
