Question on Cokers

Hi

I have one of the new Coker Wheelsets being shipped over, I was hoping to
have it for this weekend, however, due to a shipping stuff up it is
currently in limbo (I am not even sure if it has left the States).

I am getting a custom frame built and for this I need some measurements of
the wheel. What I would like to know is what is the diameter of the wheel?
Is it exactly 36" or is slightly bigger or smaller. Also what is the width
of the tyre and Rim, I have one of the new Airfoil Rims comming.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks

Re: Question on Cokers

It’s smaller than 36". My setting for my cyclometer is 2776mm which is only
about 34.79". However that is with the cycle weighted by a rider. We have
these things called yardsticks which are exactly 36" long. If you put one up
next to a Coker wheel, you’ll see Sorry I don’t know about the width - never
measured it. I really recommend waiting until the wheel is in hand before
having your builder go ahead with the frame.

Good luck and post pictures when it’s done!

I’m in a position to provide that info right now as my new Airfoil wheelset is completely disassembled in wait of a new hub. The rim diameter is 31 5/8"
