Queer as Folk, this show is a really good show. Its on Showtime, but my friend owns the seasons on disc. Just wanted to know if anyone has watched this show, and what you think about it?

I watched it a few time when it first came out (hah, no pun intended). It seemed good. But we don’t get Showtime anymore.
My ex really like QAF and had 2 or 3 seasons of it, so I’ve watched most of those just through proximity.
It “wasn’t horrible”, but I found most of the plot to be very contrived and artificial. Yes, I realize it’s fiction.
