Push Mush HELP

I have learnt to crank-roll fine. I am now trying to learn the push mush. The first part is okay, but then, when I try to kick the tire back, I am unable to get my leg back around. The crank under my right foot (i kick with the left) moves before a get to the tire and I lose balance. Where are you supposed to put your weight to do it succesfully?

You can also just don’t push the second time.
But just move your boddy forward.:wink: (I do the same)
