Hey everybody, the more unicyclists we have at this event the better!
We are putting on a unicycle demo in London at Victoria park at the bandshell, Saturday Aug 28 from 1-4pm.
This is in conjunction with a live show the band Grassy Knoll and the Magic Bullet (www.grassymagic.com ) is putting on.
There will 4 professional filmers at the event, 2 cameras will be focused on the band, one on the riders, and one of the whole event. (advantage? If someone does a cool thing, the camera will be on them…if they happen to UPD or something, the focus will be on the band, or the crowd.
We will set up trials equipment in front of the band shell, and all riders who are not into Trials are still encouraged to come for ground level entertainment and atmosphere. The band has specifically asked if we had any riders who could juggle at the same time.
There is even place for people who can ‘just ride’.
The filming will be professionally done, and the audio of the event will be what you would expect from a live show by ‘real’ bands.
GKATMB is releasing their CD in September, and will be doing the sound track for the DVD. 1 or 2 of these songs from the event will be in the main part of the DVD, with the whole show being included as a special feature.
The projected release of the DVD is roughly 6 months from now.
The more people who show up for this, the better it will be!
