profile wheelsets and the kh 2005 frames

is it true if i buy a profile wheelset and somehow break it while doing a big drop or something there is a lifetime warranty on it and i can get another one? also do you know if they will fit on the new kh2005 frames just in case i brake my current frame and need to buy a new one?

oh and the whole kh 2005 model uni doesnt come with any kind of warranty does it?

I am fairly sure the frame will hold the profile because they all use the same bearing size. by bearing size I mean the outer diameter of the bearing. also I dont think they put warranties on a frame and how do you break a frame

i’m not talking about a warranty on just the frame i’m talking about one on the whole uni. and how do you brake a frame? by being really good i guess and doing big drops. i havent bin riding for much over a year but i can already do drops higher than me.

on aluminum. they break by climbing up a steep hill, torquing on the seat handle thus twisting the seat tube and slowly causing the crown to fatigue and crack at the weld.

The profile hub/crank set does come with a warranty, but make sure you send in the warranty card as soon as you get the product. I only had 5 days to send it in before the time limit ran out.

Also, although I’m not an expert, you probably won’t break the frame on a big drop. Hopefully when you drop most of the force is concentrated on the wheel or transferred to foward motion when you roll out.

Warranty cards are used mainly for marketing, and consumer alerts about call backs. Your receipt is the only proof necessary.
