Just picked up my Profile cranks + hub. Hoping to have the wheel built on my new unicycle by this evening. I had Cory at Profile anodize my hub in black for me specially. Thought some of you might be interested in a picture or two before the final product comes out.

It’s going on a 26" Yuni, Alex DX32, Dyno Fireball combo.
Now was this a, “Hey, Cory, do you guys anodize hubs?” with his response being, “Sure we do. In fact, we’ll do yours for free because we are a fun-loving company!” Or was it a, “Hey Cory, I’m not exercising the benefits of our friendship, but you wouldn’t happen to anodize hubs, would you?” His response to this of course would be, “Sure we do. In fact, we’ll do yours for free because we are a fun-loving company!”

That looks like an awesome hub! I hope you’re putting black cranks on as well (on, might I add, what sounds to be a mighty fine uni… in fact, sounds identical to mine, save the difference in frame (Bedford for me) and mine not having an uber-cool anodized hub).

They’re all anodized- but this one was also dyed black before seeling the oxide layer. How could you resist Red?
