Hi guys,

I was looking at the Quax 24" crossfire muni unicycle online. I got it 2 years ago and now is almost doubled in price. Any reasons why?

Probably because the price of metal has increased.

I don’t know any specifics for that one, but a couple of things could be factors:

  • Changes in currency valuation can cause major price differences, even if the "value" of products/parts hasn't changed.
  • Disasters in and around production locations can affect production, which can often drive prices up. Earthquake/tsunami in Japan, flooding in Taiwan, these have affected delivery dates and prices for other products, but I don't know if it applies to Qu ax. [/LIST]

    It is actually almost a totally different machine from 2 years ago. There have been a lot of design changes.
