Not too sure, to know what all the fuss was about?

I also know the allure of the rare. It works on me. But there’s probably also more to it - as the 24” tyre range is somewhat limited - and I have found I tend to prefer the older style tyres in some instances more than the newer, lighter deals.

Why I’ve just snagged a High Roller 24x2.7 near new off eBay, as it just speaks to me as being my jam for a G24 ride.

So yeah I think these rare tyres tend to speak to me…

Nimbus Mountain Unicycle 27.5 for $200 in NC.

I stumbled upon this while perusing eBay – a 42" Nightfox – somewhat pricey, but quite unusual.

That home made uni is very similar to the one I made and learned to ride about 65 years ago. Mine had the same hard rubber tired tricycle wheel and a frame made out of a piece of pipe and scrap metal. Only I used a narrow English bike saddle rather then a built from scratch saddle. The uni worked for learning to ride and I ran it till the tire was nearly completely worn away. Sadly mine did not survive and I have no photos.

Maybe this one IS yours - with a replaced tire and saddle after too many upds and no bumpers. You should get it back!

Maybe even try and get a discount, for sentimental reasons…

No, it is similar to the one I made but after the tire wore out on mine I dismantlement it used the parts for some other project.

This looks like a cool retro piece.

Agree, but is it really worth 400$ :interrobang:

Depends on if you are a collector. I would say; absolutely not.
