Ive heard of that before but never actually tried it.

“For those of you who want to try to clean a keyboard in the dishwasher, make sure you put the keyboard on the top rack with it upside down (keys facing down). Do not use heat to dry. Turn the “heat dry” feature off. It will take a few days for the keyboard to thoroughly dry out, so you will be without your computer until is dry. Dry it by placing it upside down on a towel.”
And i bet you guys were just joking about your keyboards being messed up too…
theres a guy at work that did it in the break room kitchen and it worked just fine afterward. i dont have a dishwasher or i would do it right now, my keys are nasty.
My brother spilled pop on the keyboard last night,we cleaned it up and ran a tooth pick through the keys,youd be suprised at how much dust and hair is stuck in there.
Man, that sure beats taking all the keys off and trying to clean it. On the other hand, I’ve see keyboards at Wal-Mart on sale for as little as $10.

Throw a towel over your keyboard before visiting any more “adult sites” on the web. Your keys will no longer “mysteriously” stick together.
