The sign of a true unicyclist: not knowing what a bike stem is:D

I was wondering the other day whether anyone has ever put a rack on a Coker, and now I see that it’s been done. I’d love a Coker like that, to replace my commuting bike!

wow i have never been called a true unicyclist before -crys- and i wwoyuld just like to give a shoutout to my special lady we did it baby whooooa thank you

I’m not the first to put a rack and a trunk bag on a Coker.

It works OK but does affect the way the unicycle rides. For flat rides it’s OK. But for rides with climbing I don’t like it. It makes the unicycle feel sluggish on the climbs. You also have to exercise restraint when packing the trunk bag. It’s easy to weigh it down too much by adding things like tools, water, camera, etc. It’s better for lighter things like a jacket and food.

Right now I have removed the rack from the unicycle. I have also shortened the boom a little and removed the water bottle from the boom. The extra weight of the water bottle affected the handling of the unicycle when doing things like tight U turns. I have found that it is better to carry the weight on me in a hydration backpack than to pack the weight on the unicycle.

was that your uni ohhhh

Those were a one off set for a road bike that was given away as a prize. They were raising money for breast cancer research.
