So i went out riding yesterday and went off a drop and when i landed somehow whipped my neck back. ever since its been nearly unmovable and very painful.
Anyone know what this is? Ive been told it may be a pinched nerve. And how can i recover faster!!

this happened to me last year…you just have to wait it out. maybe take some pain killers. i recommend naps

That sucks! Lucky it didnt happen when we came down… 
At least you can spend heaps of time editing our video now lol
