I live 1 km east of Ledøje and Vestskoven is further nearly 1 km east of my home. The area has a number of bike paths, dirt roads and trails, which offer great opportunities for unicycle rides of varying length - depending on the weather conditions. (I try to avoid the open land when it is too windy, and lately I have avoided some routes that tend to become muddy…)
The first picture is taken 2 km south of Ledøje. From there you can go east towards Vestskoven or further south towards Risby. From Risby there are different routes towards Vestskoven or you can continue south to Vallensbæk Sø. The second picture is the nearest part of Vestskoven from my home - I typically pass the lake in the beginning or end of my local rides.
You are of course welcome to join me on a ride sometime if you wish…
Ok, you’re a little outside of town. I’ve been out to Hareskov a few times, and over by Utterslev Mose, but never down toward Vestskoen.
