What happened to your pedal here? It doesn’t seem to be in the right place.

Very observant of yours! These AI unicycle image generators still make mistakes, I guess…

Everything was fine with the pedal on Claudio’s unicycle (it’s in the inner hole, it just looks a bit weird), the problem was the broken tubeless tire, which Jakob Flansberry repaired professionally with cable ties and bar wrapping.

I wish I were living here.
Where I live is too boring to ride.

maybe too boring to take some nice shots of riding in a beautiful landscape, but riding a unicycle can never be too boring, there are too many options: Road, Street, Flat, Trackracing, Trials, Muni, Freestyle, Hockey, Basketball…

Love how the spoke nipples colour match the rim stickers.

I like how the stickers match the socks.

Today did 10K on the 24 muni, but I UPD’d many times. @Felgenbremse how do you experience the weight of the wheel on your 24”. To me it feels very twitchy. The wheel is quite heavy. At least when riding at higher speed, the ride seems to be more stable, but several times I felt it pull so I had to shift my balance.

I think the weight of my Unicycle is good. I ride with 127 mm Cranks and it works very well for me. I run with less than 2 Bar in the tires. When pulling, I never have any problems with balance or with the tire rolling unevenly or going somewhere I don’t want it to.

On Monday I was taxi driver for my wife and daughter who were doing a pottery factory tour in Stoke on Trent. I had to wait over 3 hours with the dog and we found some great canal tow paths running right through the city - crowded buildings all around, but the water and bird life and relics of industry of 200 years ago seem to be in another world.

I was very relieved that dog, man and unicycle all got back to the car dry - the dog was very eager to jump onto the birds in the water, and I had to keep pulling her back, sometimes while I was having to bend double to keep cycling under low road bridges where the tow path was particularly narrow and had cobbles!

I realize I haven’t posted any pictures since moving to university, so here’s my first one from here :slightly_smiling_face:

After a long school week (exams, projects, etc.), I was feeling under the weather. I decided doing some exploring would take my mind off of things and lift my spirits a bit. I rode into town and made my way to a cycling path where I rode a few miles in a direction I haven’t yet ridden before. I’ve ridden a part of the trail that follows along the wall that can be seen towards the left of the picture, and it was alright (but not particularly cozy, and the pavement was so-so). Today though I rode the other way that led into a more forested section with some cool exposed rock faces. I should’ve gotten a picture of that too

After I rode a few miles on the trail, I turned around and rode back. On my way again through town I decided to stop and get something to eat. I’ve never stopped at a restaurant before by myself, normally I only eat out with family or friends. But I figured there’s a first time for everything so I got myself a pizza from a little pizza parlor. I ended up riding the last couple miles of my ride with a small pizza box in one hand :cowboy_hat_face: Definitely felt much better after that exploratory ride
