Physics Question! Please Help Me!

I would disagree there. The purpose of having two versions of an introductory science class is to expose others to the hard sciences that would not have an exposure otherwise. Having even the most basic understanding of hard science is a feather in the cap of a liberal arts major, IMHO.

Making a hard science class easier by taking the calculus out of it makes that class more accessible to the non-science majors. Of course it won’t buy you the ticket into the upper-level science classes, but most of these students aren’t intending to get there…

Others may be taking the class as an undecided major, “testing the waters” to see if hard science is for them. Failing out on your first foray into hard science would be quite discouraging. We don’t want to discourage potential scientists, Buddha knows the western hemisphere is in a deficit!

I admire your tenacity for trying and trying again to break into engineering… but I’m glad you found your intended path.
