PHPpub IDE pre alpha avaiable!

It’s not ready for prime time but it looks like it’s going to be the best
PHP editor out there by far! IMHO

I’ve decided to start releasing binaries of PHPub. Bear in mind, that
these should be considered ‘nightly builds’ in that they are not beta,
they are not even alpha. They’re really just for you to see what I’ve
got, so I can start getting feedback about what the community thinks so I
don’t get too far down the wrong road road. There’s quite a bit missing
from this version, but there are somethings there that aren’t exactly
easy to get to.
