WEll i say we hvae a thread edicated to well done photoshed pictures. anything that has been altered in some way but make sure they are good quality. this ones mine:

Well thanks, but it’s far from awesome. He’s too crisp. I tried to smooth him out a bit (yes it was the guy above the sign) but that just didn’t work. Turning it to sepia really helped though, the colour differences stood out a bit too until I did that.
I’m really enjoying getting into PhotoShop though, I started using it about a month ago for uni…it’s so quick to use. We’ve used it for all our band’s EP cover design and posters, etc, etc.

I had KH for my desktop a while back and didnt like the playset sticking out of the picture on the top sooo…
Oh, I’ve got so many random photoshops… I’m doing it for Graphic Arts class, actually, so most of them are all restricted because of criteria for projects.
oh well.
You could try a little gaussian blur (filters menu) on him next time. And maybe he’s a tad large for the scale of the others? (Transform, Scale).
The other thing that makes him slightly not match is the lighting on him, which is a little more powerful than the rest of the photo. That would be more work to adjust…
I just took a Photoshop seminar yesterday. It was great! The commute to and From San Fran was NOT.

I actually tried gaussian blur but I think I’m still a bit too inexperienced to make it work well. Good call on the scale…it’s one of those things where once you’ve been working on a picture for a while it can be difficult to step back a take a ‘fresh’ look at it. I tried to play around with the lighting and make it a little less definite, but I couldn’t manage it without effecting what was going on with the rest of his image. I still have the originals so I may well make these changes. Thanks.
