photo request

This is quite a big ask and I dunno how busy you ppl are but I’m after a few photos to use in my “interactive anatomy of a unicycle”.

I’d like to either have a really good high-res photo of a Trials or Freestyle 20" uni (not a rounded crown frame). The photo would ideally be taken in good lighting, in front of a “bluescreen” (doesn’t have to be blue but has to contrast with unicycle). When I say High rez I’m talkin about 1024+ kinda size coz I want the user to be able to zoom in and out without visual loss of quality.

Maybe even a selection of photos.

The other idea is for me to 3d model a 20" trials or freestyle uni, in which case I’d need a Top Down photo, a side shot and a front shot (back and other side also appreciated). If anyone has blueprints for a unicycle design so I can trace the outlines etc. would be even better for the 3d modelling. I might even make a little animation of whoever’s unicycle just to say thank you, I can include your personal touches like stickers and special paint jobs… you wouldn’t see it till April tho.

Any takers? This is for the greater good of unicycling as a sport!

Just post them up on one of the gallerys here and reply with the link.

Cheers
Pete

Pete, check your pm

I know this is not what you’re looking for but I’ve attached a photo that I edited of my cheap freestyle uni. This is not the highest resolution it’s in so it show that you can do what I did and take a photo in front of a white wall and edit the shadows, etc out later and finish up with somethign that looks reasonable.

If you send me a high res photo of the unicycle you want in the picture I wouldn’t mind editing it for you but there are many many people who would be better at it.

Good luck,
Andrew

Sorry…you think after 2431 posts I’d have learned not to do that. Here it is.

Andrew

By the way, the labels are for something I wrote that is mainly aimed at raw beginners. There are quite a few people who don’t know what cranks are.

Hey Andrew, should those labels not read left and right pedal?

What happens after half a pedal stroke when the rear pedal is in front?

 I refer to the diagram when I’m talking about stepping onto the back pedal first, etc.
