Why do you want to know? Regardless, I have the answer to your question. The unicycle you are talking about is called a P.O.S. unicycle. It was probably made back in the late 70s or mid 80s, when there were mass numbers of P.O.S. unicycles were made. Though they were marketed under various names. There is only one true name for this type on uni. It is a P.O.S. more commonly known as a Piece Of Shit unicycle. So there is the answer, plain and simple.

Wow! David exceaded even my normal level of caloused sarcasm and wanten disregard… kudos! Some suggested refinement: don’t spell out your punch line- sucks the energy right out of your rant. Leave the reader SOMETHING to think about.
A problem I have sometimes with your posts is that if a word is NIMD,
it may be because of your special spelling habits, or because it is
too exotic. “Caloused” is the one that beats me this time. Of course,
as per your suggestion I didn’t spell out the acronym

I feel sometimes tempted to tease Chris - don’t know why. But no
discouragement at all, type on Chris (and a few notable other
spell-challenged* regulars) by all means. It’s just that being a
non-native English speaker I sometimes couldn’t understand. Actually
today I found a workaround: importing the text in Word and see what
the spell checker comes up with - it found calloused too.

THAT statement might be discouraging for Chris

LOL!
*I hope this word is still politically correct. I don’t mean any
offence.
