i was wondering if these pedals would fit on a torker dx

Based on the picture alone, I would say yes.
Since there is no extra info on that website…
According to Unicycle.com, the DX uses pedals with 9/16 inch diameter threads. If the Universal Cycles pedal is 9/16 inch they should fit a DX. Maybe contact Universal Cycles and find out the thread diameter size.
I think (maybe wrong) the standard thread diameter sizes are half (8/16) inch and 9/16 inch. Somebody correct me if I am wrong.
k thanks
ill contact them
Round your fractions. 1/2" and 9/16".
thanks i looked at a diffrent website there 9/16
Pretty much every Unicycle uses 9/16" pedals. Just for future reference.
When did you get a dx?
never
I see…
Those pedals are nice. Once I toast my plastics I might get em.
same
The gusset full throttes are a 9/16" thread, so will fit. Loosemoose has a pair.
I want to modify my pedals like that
Standard pedal sizes are 7/16 & 9/16 and as mentioned by Borgschulze the standard size for unicycles is 9/16
That’s 1/2", not 7/16. Never saw a pair of 7/16 so that may have just been a typo. The old Schwinns used to used 1/2" pedals, but only up until 1983. Nowadays, I think that size is far less common, and may only be used on kids’ bikes and similar. I think it’s pretty safe to consider 9/16" as the “default” on new pedals unless indicated otherwise.
For those of us who have been into unicycling for a long time, the problem is having 1/2" cranks and pedals scattered among your unicycles, causing much confusion when you want to switch things around…
What I’ve been told is that nowadays, 1/2" is the standard size for one piece bottom bracket + cranks, while 9/16" is standard for a three-piece bottom bracket/crank assembly (i.e. removable cranks.)
Those are some heavy pedals–over a pound each.
