Some of you may remember my earlier video about Calvin and Hobbes playing football. This is my latest project. It could have been a lot better, but I had a very short time frame to shoot and edit it.

Way too much shoe leather. Ask your instructor what it means.
Also if you don’t have good actors don’t ask too much of them, like trying to do accents.
You also are badly in need of roomtone. And always crossfade roomtone. Going from roomtone to true silence or to a vastly different roomtone is jarring.
I couldn’t make it past the first minute.
Thanks for the criticism, I’ll work on that next time. The first minute is probably the worst part though, I would reccomend watching the rest of it through. I would love to hear your cit on the rest of it. Right after the minute mark there’s a monolouge that I thought was done pretty well. As for the roomtone, I’m not really sure how to cut that out, because then it would cut out the rest of the audio as well. I don’t have a boom mike either.

I bet Leonardo DaVinci had some pretty primitive line drawings when he was young. Pursue this thing and maybe you will be one of the lucky souls who never has to “work” another day in your life. You just do what you love.
