Patches and chevrons

We want to issue level patches to our club members as incentives as they
move through the skill levels but we have some questions on how the
patches work.

  1. I assume that the USA patch has the same layout as the graphic on the
    USA website. They call the level patches chevrons. Do the chevrons fit
    around the USA patch or can they stand alone?

  2. What is the “Rider” patch (chevron)?

  3. Is there a place on the internet that we can see what the patches and
    chevrons look like?
