Pat Pirelli Horsemanship Clinic

I was out riding on a trail today when I caught up with a group of horse
riders. As I eased by them, one of the riders commented that there is a
famous horse rider/trainer nameded Pat Pirelli who also rides unicycles as
a way to improve his balance for horse riding.

Has anyone ever heard of Pat Pirelli ? Do you know about the
unicycle/balance/horse riding connection?

It was only on Friday that I sold a unicycle to a lady who said she was
buying it to improve her balance for horse riding. This was the first time
I had heard about it. Down in your area Sarah so you might hear from her.

Not exactly what was asked for, in that the article only mentions Pat
Parelli (note spelling) in passing, and mainly refers to a rodeo rider (Ty
Murray) who uses a unicycle, among other things, for cross-training.

I haven’t heard of Pat, but I do know that unicycling is good for most
other sports. But it’s only skiiers that I’m aware of getting big press
coverage on their cross training with unicycles.
