P A R K O U R

thanks for mentioning us james, personaly im pretty crap at parkour, i normaly do the recording. we alwayd did parkour but weve started unicycling and mountain boarding so parkour has been put aside. some of the older videos are quite rubbish but they get better as we get better really, hope you liked them.

edit- wow i completely forgot the hedge running video, aah good old days. no better way to spend a hot sunny school lunch time shame they called the police and the school ( were smart enough not to get caught though dont worry, despite the video on the internet as evidence haha:D )

David Belle is up there with Kris Holm and Ghandi in my books.

yeah hes amazing, sirril rafaili ( i think thats how its spelt) is good to, who heres seen district 13
that all parkour

I’m just learning parkour, I think I’m pretty goof a beginner. I only went to the gym twice and I can aleardy double kong and kash vault and some stuff like kong to cat. Except yesterday at the gym I hurt my back real bad. I jumped on something about 2 feet tall and then leaped to something 6 feet tall, on the 6 foot tall object I did a kash vault but my hand slipped on the mat (cause that mat was built crapily or just worn out) and so i fell. Right on my lower back. Now some muscle in my back is hurting but it feels better than it did yesterday so I guess it’s OK. Parkour is pretty awesome though, nevertheless.

personally I think he’s on a whole new level

Parkour’s the best. I might make a video soon.

i want to make a freerunning vid, but i broke my camcorder holding it while attempting to do a gainer off a 10 foot cliff. why i did it? I’M A MONKEYBOY!!!

That would be so handy if you were running from the police.

Chase

I used to be into it but after enough of the real parkour mentioned in the previously linked video I realized that I was not completely indestructible. I used to flip off of walls and random objects but have now limited it down to just off the ground. I still climb anything that I see but respect the sometimes unforgiving law of gravity. Great sport. Tons of training.

if anyone has inner balance…there is a 9ft gap just like they are talking about…although his 9 feet gap had a 3 ft drop on one side, and a 8 or so foot drop on the other, and he landed on a small platform

i had never seen anything like it before…all i was thinking was ‘man this stuff is cool…i’m glad THEY’RE doing it’

Are you INSANE?
Mental. I just learned them into a pool the other day and it was pretty much flat. I want to learn them on land.
I find them easier than regular backflips to do off small drops.
I might try them tomorrow at school.
Bye.
